WIKILEAKS~wikileaks became WIKI THE TAP LEAKS xD
the leakage over the globe is to represent the leakage of information across the globe ~
then the part where the land turned black (when wiki tap water goes over) is to show how wikileaks has revealed their corruption/dirty deeds/secrets they have hid from the public ~ (and hence repsented by the colour black)
